Baptism is an outward sign of God's grace and love shared with us. The rite of Baptism takes place during worship on Sunday mornings where God's love for the baptized is expressed and the parents of the baptized (or the baptized themselves if they are of age) make promises to live in faith in repsonse to God's love.
If you are interested in being baptized at ORLC or you are interested in having your child baptized we are exicted to be a part of this journey with you. Please read first the What is Baptism? document (coming soon) below and then submit the form that will go to our church office. The office will then be in touch with you to schedule a date for the baptism. Our pastor will then follow up to schedule a time to meet prior to the Baptism. Please note that most Sundays are a good time to scheudle a baptism, with the exception being refraining from baptizing during the season of Lent.
